Fostering

Onduru was born near Lake Victoria where his father earned his living by fishing. His father and mother died shortly after each other, leaving him to fend for himself.

Fortunately for Onduru, Footsteps has been able to arrange for him to be fostered, and his new mother Karen is paid an allowance to make sure that there is enough food on the table for her enlarged family.

  £10 a month provides food for a fostered orphan in Kenya.
